My name is Alexa Young

Over ten years of extensive marketing experience for a prominent educational publishing company, where I was awarded the prestigious "Marketing Manager of the Year" title.

More than two years of freelance writing and marketing experience, working with clients on a project basis and establishing long-term, retainer-based relationships.
EDUCATION: I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in writing, researching, critical thinking, and communication skills, which I have consistently applied throughout my professional career.
LOCATION: I live and work in southern New Hampshire with my furry friend and writing companion, Moose. He's a pretty handsome dog, if I do say so myself!

The intent of copywriting is to persuade and promote your products or services. Mediums include but are not limited to landing page copy, website copy, email copy, explainer video script writing, and promotional collateral (flyers, brochures, etc.).
Content Writing
The intent of content writing is to educate and inform your prospects and customers. Mediums include but are not limited to short and long-form SEO blog content and articles. Ghostwritten content (not including my byline or website) is available for an additional fee.
Proofreading
The intent of proofreading is to enhance your authority, build trust in your brand, and protect your reputation. Simply put, polished writing leaves a good impression on your target audience. Mediums include but are not limited to website copy, articles, business letters, resumes, etc.
